Whiplash Injury Exercise: Wall W’s


Many car accidents result in whiplash injury to the neck and upper back. Effective treatment consists of specific exercises to strengthen the damaged muscles. Wall W’s are an excellent exercise for stabilizing and strengthening the neck and upper back.

As well as whiplash injury, many other conditions such as headaches, neck pain, shoulder issues and mid back pain are associated with a muscular imbalance of the upper back and neck (for more info see Upper Cross Syndrome). These conditions respond well to the Wall W exercise.
